Remembrance Day in Aylesbury came around again. I made my way into the town center around 10am. People were already forming packs in preparation for the ceremony.
It is, and always will be, a sombre day. Most of us will never know what was like and I pray we never will experience that level of death ever again; I say that knowing we live in a climate of terrorism and fear.
Though we do have real threats to our freedom out there, on this day of days our past and future heroes unite to pay respect those who have fallen.
To those who have given their lives for the freedom and liberty we breath everyday, I humbly salute you.
That’s all I can say, anything more would seem misplaced.
