Every so often there comes along a couple who just shine. Rachel and Andy are one of those couples. For our Engagement shoot we met up on a overcast Sunday afternoon. Even though we had a tight schedule I took things slow and calm. It’s counterproductive to rush things.

As with all shoots I asked them to bring some change of clothing so we can vary the shots. Our first location was an area of long grass. Because Rachel and Andy are professional actors it was very easy to direct them. Their training and self awareness of their bodies meant getting the proper response was simple. I said to them I loved how they completed my sentences; I would say “Can you hold your arms around her waist and…” POW!! The magical pose would be there.

It was just a great afternoon. Once again, it was like hanging out with beautiful friends who were in love.

Their wedding is in early September (2012). If their wedding is anything like this photo shoot then I’m in for an awesome time! POW POW!!!
